Full production website for a local music school — events, blog, gallery, and inquiry forms.

Complete rebuild of a 60-year-old music school's web presence, replacing a static, unmaintained site with a full Django CMS. Built a custom events system (recital and camp listings with registration links), a staff-editable content model for the faculty and about pages, a photo gallery, and honeypot-protected inquiry forms that route into a Django admin the office staff actually uses day to day. Deployed on AWS with S3 for media storage, Docker for the app container, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD — plus structured-data markup and a Search Console submission that took the site to a #1 Google Places ranking for local searches within a few months.
